Refund policy

FOR CUSTOMERS : HEALTH ISSUES.

A customer can return the product ONLY TO THE DIRECT SELLER (WE, THE HEALTH HUB), from whom the product has been purchased, and get the refund if he/she faces any health issues by using our products, along with a certificate from a qualified doctor or a registered medical practitioner, which substantiates that the person's health issue was caused due to the consumption of the said product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can request for a return within 30 days (if applicable)

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Sreekara Heavens Apartments, Road Number 3A, Vikas Nagar, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500060

The refund shall be initiated after due verification of the certificate and THE DIRECT SELLER (WE,THE TEAM OF THE HEALTH HUB) from whom the customer purchased the product, shall contact the doctor/RMP if required.

If the refund is approved, the refund amount will be credited within 5-10 working days to the original payment method. 

We do not provide any exchange on the products. However, we can provide for a replacement ONLY IF the product is damaged during transit. The replaced product will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days.
