You choose the products you are interested in. We have a conversation about your health history, your current symptoms, what you have tried before, and what you are working toward. From there we guide you on which combination makes sense, how to use each product alongside the others, when to take each one, and what to track over 90 days. Every product you choose comes with its free 90-day Digital Wellness Planner. So your progress across your entire bundle is tracked - not just one product at a time.

How it works:

Step 2: Reach out to us via WhatsApp or email before purchasing. Tell us which products interest you and a brief note about what you are dealing with.

Step 3: We schedule a short consultation call. 

Step 4: Based on your conversation we confirm your bundle, guide you on how to use each product together, and you place your order.

Step 5: Your products and your digital planners are delivered. Your 90 days begin.
